Phoning Esa on Wed as my payments have stopped

I had my medical in Feb 2018. My ESA was not paid in last Thursday. I am going to call them tomorrow.
How do I stand if they have failed me and not sent a letter ref my 4 week deadline for mandatory reconsideration.

Thank you Gordon it appears I failed my medical and although three letters where posted not one arrived. So lots of notes made on their system and new letters in the post including the decision makers reasons. I said I would be making a mandatory thing whoops word evades me !!! I also said I would be putting it in writing, 3/5 days for this paperwork to turn up if it doesn’t call again.
Apparently I can claim UC in the meantime ?
Any advice at this point would be appreciated...
My notes so reflect the loss of letters so hopefully I will get my shot at the four weeks

Thanks again Gordon, luckily family are feeding me so will dodge the UC bullet unless I fail all appeals.

Got my medical notes today wow no points !
No mention of my fibromyalgia diagnosis of bipolar put down as mental health condition. Twisted our words even said she phoned me with result and I put the phone down. How did I manage that they don’t have my phone number I had changed it ?
Anyway let the fight begin again
