Hi I read a post the other day from Gordon Stating that "Your Health Condition Does Not Matter, Its How Its Effects You That Matters" {for ESA MR}
If it was you Gordon could you please elaborate on this please we are just writing a letter for my husband MR for his ESA
I cant even find the post it was on now either Thanks

I wouldn't have said your condition do not matter, but ESA is a functional assessment of your ability to complete a number of activities, so it is the limitations that result from your conditions that are being assessed not the conditions themselves.

Two claimants could have exactly the same conditions but be limited in very different ways!
