Pip question - going out

I have my pip assessment coming up and like a lot of others I have seen on the web, I am panicking about whether or not I am going to be able to get my point across on the going out section.

My anxiety and depression is so bad that I hardly leave the house and if I do my wife has to accompany me through fear of having a panic attack. If I drive, it is only to my counselling or GP appointments and my wife has to be with me as I zone out and have previously forgotten things such as putting the hand brake on.

I feel as though this should entitle me to the 12 points but from what other people's stories show I might not stand a chance.

Have you heard of anyone getting the full 12 points since the changes in January?

Do you know if I am allowed to have my own notes for the assessment?

My wife is going to go through it with me to make sure that I cover everything as my depression causes me to be forgetful.

Am I allowed to read from these as well as just using them as a reference?

Just letting you know I had my assessment yesterday.

I asked the assessor if I could use my notes, to which he said was fine. I did more use them as a reference but to be honest I don't think he would have even cared if I just stared at them throughout.

I also got him to walk through what he wrote at the end, and all seemed to add up to what I had said during the assessment, but after looking at other people's stories I know that this is nothing to go on.

How long should I leave it before I ask DWP for the assessors notes?

Do we know roughly how long it is before people are getting their decisions these days?
