Can someone help me please I was meant to have my review for PIP today at home I had been concerned about the assessor being able to find my home so I called them when I got the appointment and managed to give the customer service agent directions. They didn’t turn up and they are telling me I wasn’t in. I feel totally powerless and don’t know how to tackle this.

What has the Assessment Provider said they are going to do?
Was there anybody with your while you waited for the assessor to arrive?
How long after the appointment time did you contact the AP?

It was who used to be atop.
They said they are sending it back to DWP
My career was with me from 8.15 this morning.
My appointment was between 10 & 12 we called them at 12.15

At this stage all you can do is wait for the DWP to write to you so you can explain your version of what happened.
