please help, stress levels through the roof, got my change over from dla to pip through, just waiting on forms now, suffer angina fibro, osteoarthiritis, ibs, diverticulits, ptsd, high blood pressure high cholestrol, gord partially deaf in one ear,, coronary heart disease, do i have to list all these, not seen docs for a few years for some but more recent for others, anxiety and depression too, just dont know where to start , thanks shiv
