There's no requirement for a Decision to be made within a required timescale so a complaint is unlikely to help. I would contact your MP, there speaking to the DWP will have more effect.

Cheers Gordon, ive emailed him today, just a quick one Is the award if given higher backdated on a review or is it paid from the decision date? Just trying to figure out a reason to not make a decision quickly. They have asked for no more info and as stated I got a letter on 16th June saying that was it and a further letter would arrive with the decision..Thanks

It's a review so the Decision will apply for the date that is made.
We are in the holiday season now so this will increase the time and some DMs don't function at the speed of others, my guess is that if asked they could not actually explain why there has been a delay.

Thanks Gordon, really does make you wonder, they are still refusing to send the Atos medical report (Called again today for the 4th time) Same reason, the system doesn't allow a report to be sent until a decision is made..Although nice on the call they just wont give it. I find this wrong as its my personal info an I feel I have a right to see it at anytime. The sceptic in me says they hold off so to save a few quid if its reviewed as a higher reward however the gloom in me says why the delay..Just have to wait, really wrong when they impose deadlines on us to have the forms back, it should be both ways..

Are you in Northern Ireland? if not, then as other members have had no problem receiving their assessment reports I think you are being told porkies by the call centre staff.
