I'm still waiting for MR outcome on my DLA to PIP, but I've also had a letter from ESA. Had one in February about going up with start date and end date, had another now showing no end date I was in support group changed over from incapacity benefit in 2011 should I be worried ?

ESA is an indefinite award with regular reassessment so there is no award length or end date to the claim, so there is no need for you to worry.

Yes you need to be receiving Income Related ESA to receive the Premiums, this could be as a top yup to any Contribution Based ESA but if your partner works 24 or more hours a week then you cannot receive ESA(IR).
