My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
I would check with the Assessment Provider for your postcode, see

We would have expected you to have heard something by now.
The DWP will have sent it to the Assessment Provider for your area which is why I am suggesting that you contact them to find our whether you will need a face to face assessment or not.
