Hello, I am doing a hijack from the above as I think it goes hand in hand, however please move it to a post of its own if best.

From the abstract below, does this mean that those who have always been paid IB CB migrated to ESA CB, that we too may be in receipt of a windfall as noted below, or do we once again lose out on some much needed extra cash/windfall ???

(Hi, I receive ESA(CB) and was recently sent a letter from the DWP to claim several years' worth of underpaid ESA(IR). I've now received a letter to say that I've been awarded a lump sum back payment of over £6.000 but under £16,000. I'm of working age.)

Many thanks
xx

Thank you
From reading the report it is all rather hit and miss.
Certainly I shall not receive it; despite being on IB HR CB for life signed off by Sec State yrs ago.
Managed to get on ESA SG CB, along with DLA both groups HR transfer to PIP HR both groups.
Fail to receive the £10 Xmas bonus, no idea why not, have asked, promised it will arrive or other times a murmuring of erh, and still none for the last few yrs.
It all shows the shamble it has become and will increasingly get worse, unfortunately for one and all.
