Good Morning - apologies if his has been asked - but i can;t seem to find an answer. I am currently waiting for a tribunal date for PIP for my 16 year old son. I have received the letter from HMCTS - and i know that in the West Midlands the wait time is upwards of a year. My question is that i had understood that DWP needed to respond to my tribunal request and have so many days to send a report. Do i get a copy of that report - or does it go straight to HMCTS ready for the tribunal panel? Many thanks
