So I send in my lengthy medical issues. Already getting DLA transferring to PIP. One of my issues is photosensitivity and bad reactions to heat and sun.
My information contained advice from neurologist and dermatologist to avoid sun and stay inside during June and July because I cannot sweat. I have a rare condition known as anhidrosis which is untreatable.
What do they offer?
A medical assessment on June 20 th in a centre where there is no parking,
Presumably if I had risked my health and potentially overheated, the reaction eould have been ignored and my evidence considered irrelevant because I attended interview.
Asked for home assessment,
I am damn sure they would see this in the notes I sent them.

I'm afraid you are not going to get a home assessment on your own testimony you really need a letter from your GP explaining in unambiguous terms why you cannot attend at their offices.

I sent them two letters with diagnosis from neurologist and dermatologist advising advoidance of heat and sun.
My Gp will certainly back up with another letter. But the evidence has been presented,

It's possible that the letters have been missed but even if they have, recommending you avoid sunshine is not the same as saying that you cannot go out in it.

No problem. I have booked an appointment with GP, he has seen how unwell the heat makes me.
I spend the entire summer inside. If I go out, my face swells and burns, temperature rises rapidly and I over heat. My heart rate goes crazy.
My GP is referring me to an immunologist next.
