Tribunal - DWP tampering with evidence?

Hello All,

Second of 2 posts regarding the DWP and my Tribunal appeal.

As part of my PIP2 application I included around 20 full colour photographs printed onto glossy inkjet photo paper - 2 to a page. It was very clear what every photo was showing. However, now I'm at Tribunal stage and have just recently received my copy of the DWP "evidence" pack.

All the photographs I submitted have been copied in black and white and are of such poor quality that in the vast majority of cases, it's almost impossible to work out what is in the picture. To add insult to injury, the DWP then had the cheek to stamp the images with "Poor Quality Original" as if to put the blame for the poor quality in me!

Luckily I spoke to HMCTS and followed their suggestion of resubmitting the colour pages directly to them. They also advised me to make it clear in the covering letter that I wanted the panel to see the full colour images.

Anybody else come across this, and what did you do?

I also noticed that even though all my evidence was present in the DWP "evidence" pack, some pages were jumbled up as if to make the panels work harder. Surely not!

L.
