I've looked back at your posts and I am unsure where you are in the process, the last time we spoke you were at the MR stage.

If you have now appealed and it has been accepted then the next stage is for the DWP to prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.

Thanks for you help ok I will tell wat I done
After we the first MC we asked them to relooked again we waited a very detailed leter how all complex illnes effect my husband and send it to dwp but they didn't consider that they came back with same conclusion
We revive a second MR on 10 Jul and I called dwp for explanation about the decision and in that long conversation the supervisor May said that my husband deserve to scored point in the communication part I asked them I to send it me my husband file cos I was going to appeal and 10 days gone nothing arrived I called them back and they send it in 4 days but when I asked why they not been send they said is not any record you asked for them
I went step by step by the guide how to turn around the report from hp it was full of basic mistake but I think I done good job and write a letter to tribunal about the experience with hp and her mistakes and feeling her duty of care and our oppinion what my husband should score
I prepare all paper works the applie form the MR the letter and the copy of cvi and test that my husband hiring is gone in left side and two reports from GP for his mental state and the other problems he suffer from every thing was ready i triple checked I was going to posted the next day but over night I was very ill with hightfiver and I coud get out of bed the next morning one of my boys was away with work and the other studying law in America I didn't have no one to posted for me I posted on sat first class sight for but as I learn the letter went out on Monday and got to the destination on Tuesday
I recive a leter from tribunal that they accept the appeal but the problem is if an objection to the lateness of the appeal and I don't know what to do next any suggestion ??
