This may be separate, see

I contacted the DWP and asked an advisor who deals with ESA why I had received this letter. She said that I had just been picked at random and that it wasn’t anything to do with the performance visit that I had only 3 months ago.
I asked her if I only needed to provide the same information as the man asked me for at the performance visit. She said that that would be ok because even though he asked for my pension details that would not be taken into account due to being on Incapacity benefit since 1997 and before the rules changed in April 2001. That is also why I was told by the man at my performance visit that he did not need to see any bank or savings statements because I was also exempt from that. The lady from DWP also agreed with that and said I do not need to take any bank or savings statements when I go for my appointment this week on 11Oct.
I would appreciate your thoughts and any help or advice please?

So this is as I thought it to be, I'm afraid there isn't any other advice I can offer on additional advice than what is in the link that I posted.
