PIP F TO F ASSESSMENT was created by suep
Please help. I received my copy of my face to face today. The assessor was a physio and has recommended I receive 6 pts for daily living an 10 for mobility. I was on DLA high rate for both for 23 years. What I am very alarmed at that the report states I could do things I was not asked to do! My assessment was at home. The assessor writes I could stand and sit unaided. He never asked me to do this. I remained seated the all time.He said I demonstrated how to use my nebuliser. I was never asked to do this and did not do so. He said I was not using bandages at the moment for eczema. I was wearing them and he saw them The report carries on with similar inaccuracies.I have not yet had my decision letter. I know nothing can be done until I do but how to I prove that what he had written was untrue. My husband was with me.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Unfortunately a DLA Higher Rat Care award does not always translate into a PIP Daily Living award.
There is a narrow window in which you may still be able to influence the Decision Maker before they make a Decision on your claim.
You can write to the DWP office dealing with your claim with your concerns about the report, stick to issues that are concerned with your scoring points and wherever possible link your comments back to your form and evidence that you attached to it.

Will this affect a mandatory consideration request? I phoned PIP telling them of my concerns but said I had to wait until decision letter. I am happy to write a letter tho.

Did they say that they had recorded the information for the Decision Maker? If they did then there may be no point in writing the letter.
If you do write then I would make it clear that your letter is not a request for an MR.
