Hi everyone,
Is it worth sending hospital appointment letters as well as any reports?
Also should I fill the review form in the same way as I would if it was a new claim? I’m a bit worried because I didn’t report a fibromyalgia diagnosis or cyst in my knee and probably not arthritis either! It wasn’t deliberate my dad sorts my medical letters, correspondence, appointments etc I didn’t consider it needed to be reported and neither did he, he obviously should have read things but it’s to late now he can only put it down now in the review.
Thanks for any advice

I would send copies of any future ones and providing the previous one are quite recent, perhaps no more than a year then a copy of the latest, beyond that you are just distracting those assessing you from reading the important medical evidence.
What form do you have, another PIP2 or the AR1 Review form (it's about half the size as the PIP2)?
If the former treat it as a new claim, if the latter then your claim will be review in conjunction with the last PIP2 so you should only need to explain where there has been a change.
The PIP Claim guide explains how to complete both forms.
