Hi I got my pip review soon im stressing myself out I got a doctor's letter saying I have anxiety depression and stress and learning disabilities aswell as NF type one and eating disorder and scolosis

Nothing changed in last years apart from

I now take codeline for my back problems instead of parcemtonal

They think I have autism and awaiting assassment likly to be assessed in 2021

My eating disorder doctor has put in letter I need to be reminded to eat and drink and reminded to.repair food as I only eat ten foods

The nf mental dr put I have GAD symptons on the autism septume and im a very stress anxious person who finds it hard to cope with stress.

So what is a review does it go on for year and I reapply if I pass the review or does it end. I dont know weather to send all my doctors note as it took me 3 weeks to fill in the form with spelling mistakes and I got it first time. I dont want to.lose it as I dont know weather to.much info can.mess up the claim as I have memory problems I have forgotten what I wrote down

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Although the AR1 Review form is a lot shorter than the PIP2 that your originally completed you are still being assessed against the same criteria and your new form will be assessed in conjunction with your PIP2.

The AR1 is supposed to make reassessments easier for the claimant but often has the opposite effect so I can't give you a definitive answer about including the letters that you have or not. Introducing new evidence that is not in line with what you have previously said can cause problems, however, evidence that directly addresses the PIP activities, as yours appears to do, can certainly help a claim. Only you can make the decision.

Sorry I thought you had already received the form.

Most awards are reassessed a year in advance of the award ending using the AR1 Review form which asks whether your conditions have worsened, are the same or are better. The determining factors for this are the length of the award, short awards of 12 or 18 months and some awards made by a Tribunal won't be reassessed like this.

Awards which are not reassessed using the AR1 form will be reassessed using a PIP2 about 13 weeks before the award ends, this in effect requires a re-claim of PIP.

In both cases the assessment is based on the same criteria and the Decision that results can extend the current award, increase it, reduce it or even remove it.

So if I send in the inforantion about my eating disorder, my stresses, anxiety and menory and sleep problems and write in the boxes saying its still I same I need reminding to eat etc and send off all letters it should be ok hopefully get kept on

Im worried as one letter says cope well and come by self. I was stressed traveling there and back and I dont want them using that as a excuse.

I dont want them saying to.much inforamtion as I forgot to add stuff last time

Its so confusing

I did go.medicle by.myself but got the cab paid for as I did not want to get lost and it made it easier
