Hi I received a letter this morning about possible payback for esa . I’m in support group and contribution based . So us there any point In me bothering with this please ? Does everyone get a letter anyway ?

I’ve looked this up and don’t think I’m intitiled as have savings . My next question is - how much savings are we allowed on contribution based esa .? Please

There is no limit to your savings and assets if you are only receiving ESA(CB).

Yes, there is! I have just recieved over £3,000 regarding ESA payback and I must confess that I was expecting just a couple of £hundred. It only took 3 weeks from the date they recieved the form to process the "claim", something is better than nothing, so please do complete. You never know, you may be pleasantly shocked as I was.
