I have appealed to the upper tribunal, stating they did not take everything into account and am unhappy about allowing them not allowing, has anyone else had experience of this?

We are limited in the advice we can give with regard to appeals to the UTT as they depend heavily on the papers submitted as part of the appeal and the Judge's Statement of Reasons.
Appeals can only be made on the basis of an Error of Law being made in regard to the Decision, not because you disagree with that Decision.
