PIP form 1043

Hi guys

This is obviously a new version of the AR1, we have not been able to obtain our own copy yet and it is not clear whether it is replacing the previous version or will be issued alongside it.

As it is asking for an explanation of how you manage your current problems, it is our advice that you complete this section in detail for each PIP activity. Even if this form is still being reviewed against your previous PIP2, the question is too open-ended to just be answered with a few words.

Copying the information from your PIP2 should be acceptable proving nothing has changed. We would also advise providing evidence even if submitted before.

The criteria you are being assessed against has not changed and "reliably" and "on the majority of days" still apply.
