Hi i have just recieved my pip report which i requested of the dwp . I have not had my decishion yet on the outcome . It says i have got 16 points for daily living and 10 points for mobillity . What i want to no is does the dwp decishion maker agree with the medical advisor or can he go against her report and award less . Thankyou

I would expect the DWP Decision Maker to follow the recommendation of the assessor.
