If your ESA(CB) payments have been time limited due to the 365-day rule then you will only receive back payment of the WRAG rate until the limit applied and you will not be entitled to any on-going ESA(CB) payments unless you are placed back in the SG due to a future reassessment.

If you are entitled to Income Related ESA then you should receive full back payment of the WRAG rate and will be entitled to on-going payment of ESA(IR) as long as you continue to meet the criteria for an award.

ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See

Asset and savings rule for ESA(IR)

24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)

So if thry have put me in the wrag, what would be the point of struggling to get to the job center for work focussed interviews if Im not getting paid, I always thought 15 points put you in the support group, I cant understan ive been in the support nearly four years, and now they think `ive miraculously got better, I wish I had never put myself through it today, after waiting eight months as well

If you are not receiving payment while in the WRAG then you are not required to undertake Work Related Activity.

Remember you would still be receiving NI Credits that count towards a full State Pension.

The Support Group is not points based, you need to meet one or more the SG Descriptors, some of these correspond to the 15 point Descriptors for the WRAG.

What did you score the 15 points for?

What do you mean by time limited ESA CB, I was in the support group for over three years, soneone has just said the wrag would start again from the time of my tribunal, decision It is all very confusing, plus ive got more than enough credits for my pension, they also said they would re assess me again in two years.

Thats what i cant see the point of all the money it must have cost for judges doctors, and to call me to be reassed in two years is a pointless exercise

The payment of ESA(CB) when not in the Support Group is limited to 365 days, after this, payment ceases, I can't tell from your previous posts when you were taken out of the SG but if it was more than 12 months ago then the limit applies.

To repeat a previous post, if you are eligible for Income RElated ESA, then there is no limit on your payments.
