Weird question at assessment

Weird question at assessment was created by Alison
I had my pip assessment last week & now feel I could have answered the questions so much better than I did. i was asked if I eat every day, which I thought was a strange question. Has anyone else had this & why would it be asked?

I would think that it is linked to the Taking Nutrition activity.

Actually, I've been asked this before but didn't think anything about it.
One question I was asked at my recent assessment was 'how often do you change your pants?' Which I found rather rather offensive and rather weIrd, to be honest.
Then again, the whole experience INCLUDING the assessor was rather weird.

It is not uncommon for people with depression to not dress or if they do, to not change there clothing very often.

That explains why I've been asked that more than once.
I suppose I should have realised. I was rather took up with other things I suppose and it didn't seem relevant to me at the time.
