Interviewer not professional

Interviewer not professional was created by dingleydell
I had my PIP F2F interview about 8 weeks ago and got my Decision back, zero points (from mid and high DLA). I suffer from chronic intractable depression.
I have almost completed my Mandatory Reconsideration request letter setting out everything that I disagree with.
During my interview, the woman twice told me that she did not think that my treatment was correct, once regarding my medication and once relating to my psychological treatment. I found this condescending and impertinent from someone who had met me for just 20 minutes, and completely unprofessional. Her opinion had nothing to do with my PIP application.
Should I highlight this as a major concern in my MR letter?

thanks in advance

It is up to you but I can't see how it will lead to your scoring the points for an award, this will only happen by your showing that you meet the criteria for them and this what you need to concentrate on.

Do you have a copy of the assessment report?

I would recommend that you go through your PIP2, the report if you have it or the DMs comments on the Decision Letter if you do not and our PIP Claim guide, remember that you need to complete each of the PIP activities reliably and on the majority of days.

Thanks so much for your prompt response Gordon.
My MR request letter does indeed set out in full that I meet the criteria, and where the DM has incorrectly stated things. I have done this by each category in the first part of my letter.

Sadly, despite requesting the assessment report just a day after I received the DM letter (which was 2 weeks after the date of the DM letter....), it has still not arrived another 2 weeks later so I am having to complete my MR without it. I will be sending a copy of my PA4 request letter together with the Recorded Delivery proof with my MR request.

I was sure that I had read somewhere on here about how, if an interviewer was unprofessional (eg, by going beyond their remit as an information gatherer) then their interview evidence could/should not be relied on? But I can't now find those proforma responses.

thanks

I'm not aware of any such precedent.

But you don't have the assessment report and even if you did I would be very surprised if this comment was included in it, so it is just your word, I'm not doubting you but the DM will.
