Fybromalga Exempt from medicals 2017 was created by kalan1
Ive been on and off support group , since 2011 , lose court case , guaranteed fail anything face to face ,
When i was diagnosed fybro 2013 automatically put in support group no medical , what i didnt see
was recoomended after two Years Back to work , Hello no cure for Fibro wake up
2016 another medical failed ...Got solicitor to represent me never went court case yet managed
to get into wrag , even tho i told solicitor about new government rulling re certain illnesses including fibro ( Because medical 2016 doesnt apply this time

Does anyone know if this is fact now and how do i hammer home next work capability Form ??

I will be honest with you., I would be very surprised if Fibromyalgia meets the requirements for no further assessment, whilst there is currently no effective treatment for this condition it is not one where it is considered that will be no treatment at some time in the future.

Thanks for reply but its in there list , theres no cure for it unless government have crystal ball....tell me this ??? soon as diagnosed put straight into support group ...no medical
What i never saw was a recommended not to wrag goup but Jsa within two years ...ben fighting ever since , never been in any group properly ,except support.Spend most time in appeal

As my partner will tell you, I am not very good at looking for things but I have been through the documentation twice and I cannot find any reference to Fibromyalgia, can you point me at the document you are looking at and where in it the reference is.

I have an under active thyroid and fibromyalgia and with the help of this site I received P.P.P. lowest care and highest mobility.
