ESA50 Form sent, Should I send them again?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for being there for us, sorry my question may be "a repeat" I recently re-joined.:)

I've sent my BULK of ESA50 Form BEFORE the deadline by registered mail.
Is there anything that I am worried about, I had lot of additional pages to add.
I suffered from anxiety(it's pretty bad) so could you let me know if I should write to them (to
their office address?) to let them know of those exact pages of additional pages?

How long would they take to complete the process of assessment since receiving of
my form, would it affect my ESA Support Group benefit til then?

I did accompany a letter from my GP, but should I ask her about mentioning my difficulty
of face-to-face assessment, I am wondering if it would be too late (my appointment not until the end of the month).

Thank you for your kind reply.

You would need to contact Maximus as the ESA50 and evidence are returned to them rather the DWP.

Your current ESA award remains in payment until a new Decision is made on your claim.

It's not too late to ask for a home assessment or a Paper Based Review, although the latter will be difficult if you have already received an appointment for a face to face. For the former you will need your GP to write an unambiguous statement about your inability to attend at Maximus's offices.
