can I claim early retirement if im on incapacity benefit ?. Have so many different illnesses now can't see me ever getting back to work,.

Some company and some private pensions can be started early IF your too ill to go back to work full time some even allow you to go back and do a different job you need expert advise from an IFA or if its a company pension your union rep all pensions are diferent and even 2 people in the same pension could come under differnt rules .good luck
