hi i passed my medical for esa 2 weeks ago and i have a claim in for dla and put it in begining of may and i passed my medical and they cant come up with a decision cause they wanting evidence off my cpn.i didnt get dla last year cause i failed my medical so went to tribunal and lost but passed medical 2 weeks ago the atos man was lovely and polite and listen to me throughfully.
i am sick of waiting for them to make a decison. any advice kimberley walker

Have you spoken to your CPN? Have they recieved the request and what are they doing about it?
