I think it's a combination of my GP's dictation and the secretary's spelling. So I feel ambushed from both sides lol !

I have a pretty good relationship with my surgery and feel It would be jepodised if I returned for a second time pointing out the errors. I've seen other letters from the surgery (copies of my referrals to consultants etc) and they're all pretty much the same.

I would prefer if it was wrote in latin

I would be very worried if there was no spelling mistakes or the grammer was correct where is your GP from ? as the name at the bottom will tell the dm all they need to know

Good point !

My GP is very English but has a very traditional African name (that none of my consultants can pronounce). I would say the writing style is British Empire circa 1850-1870 with the 'has' and 'had' mixed up. I'm just glad its not a letter from my psychiatrist outlining the phenomenological approach they take for my existential philosophy treatment.

Otherwise I would get 1 point for poorly timed bowl movements
