Can anybody help me with some info please????
I have mental & physical descriptors for both DLA health grounds packs... do I or can I fill in both the MENTAL & PHYSICAL applications??????? :unsure:

Yes, you should complete any section that is relevant to your care and mobility needs.

Can anyone tell me if you have a medical for DLA at home, do they tell you what is wrong with you or do they stay silent?

Once you have completed & sent back your DLA application forms, using the B&W guides, a Decision Maker will decide your claim. You may be examined at home by a Health Professional contracted by the DWP.

They may comment on your medical conditions, but that isn't the purpose of the medical, its to provide the DWP with medical evidence.
