i have filled in my esa questionairre on the computer . i downloaded the form and printed it all off. on question 20 on what to do now it says use envelope provided and original questionairre form in it. i thought i could send the form i downloaded from computer. could someone please tell me which is right.

hi, i realise it has to be sent through post but i wanted to know if i can send the form i have filled in and printed from computer and not original form they sent me. it does say they want original form on page 20.
