Quick DLA question...

As far as I am aware the Government have not announced any detailed plans for the transfer of DLA claimants to PIP, only that adults under State Retirement Age will be re-assessed.

There is still considerable opposition to the removal of DLA, unlike the Universal Credit and the time limiting of ESA(CB), so there is still a good possibility that PIP will never be implemented.
