Do I need medical for ESA , already get DLA

Hi, I'm new to Forum. I'm filling out another ESA form at moment but wondering should I have to have medical when getting full DLA .

I'm hiding head in sand at moment,and always leave these forms to very last minute.

As you are new please see :

I'm afraid that being in receipt of DLA does not give any type of exemption from the ESA WCA, which may include a face to face medical assessment.

The more information that you can provide with your ESA50, the more chance that you may receive an award of ESA without the need of a face to face.

Even claimants who were previously long term PCA exempt IB recipients have to go through the process, at some time between now, and Spring 2014.
