ESA 50 sent off questions about work? was created by stickman1992
sent my ESA50 off today now i have the nervous wait to see what happens. What is the general timescale of things from now? I also have a DLA80 that has to be returned by the 21st so it will be a doubly nervous time. My question is: for those that are placed in the WRAG if they were to want to try and work for say 10 hours per week what would happen to their benefits obviously 10 hours at min wage would be less than £70 but if they were on ESA and DLA they could be getting £200 per week. would you lose all benefits?

Hi Stickman

Regards ESA timescale please see here -

How long until they make a decision?

Regards your DLA80, which I understand to be a DLA Review under The Right Payment Programme, I believe that once your Review has been taken place, you will not have to complete a further claim, for at least 12 months, if awarded appropriately.

I am sorry that we can not advise on your further question on a board like this. You may wish to get help from an Agency here -

Where to get advice?

Kind regards

Michael
