LiMA does have default answers that the HCP would need to change if they are not appropriate and it also makes suggestions to the HCP on whether points should be scored for each descriptor.

On the older version of the software one of the default answers for the IB85 was 'claimant states no other problems' - which is why many claimants had medical reports that didn't list all their medical conditions.

Don't forget that a self-assessment is always going to be different from an Atos assessment, where the HCP has to find evidence to support what the claimant says.

You have to try to be harsh on yourself when carrying out a self-assessment.
