Steve has not made us aware of any fresh developments with these proposals.

Thanks pata1 for your information.I was aware of this link-however my original enquiry was specific related to something that had been raised on this forum-we were asked for our thoughts on this matter some time ago.Anyway bro58 gave me update to this enquiry-but thankyou for your signposting to the government website in relation to help available.

Sorry about that Misterm, I'd forgotten about Steve's plans.

The problem in compiling such a list, is that due to withdrawal of funds, many organisations both in the public and voluntary sector are closing down so difficult to compile. Probably be out of date just as it's compiled.
