that at my last medical I was found to be significantly disabled by my condition and there had been no significant improvement [in 7 years] That he agreed with my stated level of disability. that I would be fit for work in 2 years ??? and that I did not meet any of the support group descriptors ????????
appealing.
the sheet that came with it from the DM just said I got 15 points and was entitled to Esa but did not meet support group descriptors so in esa wrag.
nooooo idea what the 15 points were for as I can't mobilise 50 bloomin metres in my dreams and haven't been able to since 2000 and 3 IB doctors agreed. but then they actually MET me unlike the nurse who did the esa85a.
'sigh'
me? angry? what gave you that idea :silly:

Thanks for your replies. I totally understand how angry you are feeling. Me too. You wonder how it could be possible they've said x y and z about your condition.

You sound in a similar position to me, we have basically got to prove how our health conditions affect us and that we are not capable of work-related activity and need to be placed in SG. This is all very stressful and cruel!

Just a word of caution S1, do you really think it is advisable to take the word of someone over the phone, that they will allow you extra time to appeal?
