ESA85A

Hi, I have just recived my ESA85A and FRR4 form, interesting reading. I sent letters from my Dr and Consultant but they still rang them up The good news is that they did state on the ESA85A that a return to work is unlikely for at least 2 years so does that mean they will leave me alone for 2 years before having to complete another ESA50 form? They also said worth reviewing in the future but unlikely to improve in the short to medium term, I think that's good

The prognosis of 2 years on the ESA85A should be the length time before your award is reassessed.
