Watching and waiting

I just thought that I would update you on my present situation.Last October I was transferred from IB to Esa Wrag, without a Medical.I appealed in November, using your excellent guides and used my local CAB services.I sent my appeal to Stockton, I was told that it was with a DM there.over the phone.
Ive just had a letter saying its now in Leeds with a DM.
I have attended my local JCP and have been told they dont know what is happening!& were very understanding.The way I look at it by the time everything is sorted- It will be over 12 months and lose my benefit,if it goes against me......

Thanks for the update.

Please remember though, that if you are successful, and are placed into the SG, that the SG award will be backdated to last October, when you were placed in the WRAG.

Therefore, is will be deemed that you have been in the SG since then, therefore the period from last October, will not be counted against your 365 day entitlement to CBESA.
