The following is not specifically directly at you, so I hope you will understand my response.

Whilst I can understand that everybody is concerned about PIP and how it will affect them, I do think we have to put these sort of questions in context.

We have just had the second draft of the proposed descriptors published, the consultation period lasts until April.

We are just not in position to answer questions of the level of detail being asked by members, it's not that we don't want to, but there is simply insufficient information in the public domain for us to do so.

Please help us to keep the forum running, by limiting your questions to things we can actually answer.

I appreciate this, which was why I stressed that my answer was not specifically directed at yourself.

However, we cannot answer your question, or questions in a similar vein, because the information for us to do so, is not available at this time and will not be for some considerable time.
