DLA fobbing off

Hi I was wondering if Anyone could help I have had such a run around with DLA I’m about to give up I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia IBS and bad Nerves I came out of work 3 years ago I kept on having accidents I was given a medical by Atos for ESA but failed scoring just 6 points I appealed and won my case I was put in the support group due to my mobility and needs but the DWP was very reluctant to put me there it took a letter from my MP to get that fixed. I claimed DLA but was turned down at first but after reconsideration they let me have low care for 12 months but nothing for mobility so again I appealed which is still ongoing in the mean time my DLA award has ran out so I put in a renewal which they received on the 14/11/20011 but yet again they keep fobbing me off they say they need medical reports they have had all these when I spoke to one lady on the phone she said they were waiting for consultants reports which i know they have them because i have a copy of them the second time i phoned they asked me when my tribunal date was which I do not know as it has been adjourned twice I’m sure they are waiting for the outcome of my last award at the tribunal because they keep fobbing me off they have all the info to make a decision but the lady said that its the decision maker who needs to know. when I asked for the decision makers name I was refused point blank what my question is why are they basing my renewal on the outcome of my appeal when Its a renewal claim
Can I say in Advance I am sorry for my spelling mistakes but fibro fog and pain take over every Thing I do

thanks gordon i was thinking the same as you but every time i call them they come up with a new excuse every time i will be ringing them again some time this week i also have a appointment with the cab office i,m i allowed to request thier names over the phone i have asked for it in writing but i was refused

ok just a quick up date phoned dla they have said they are asking gp for reports so more weeks to wait now it would have not taken so much time if the decision maker had looked i,m in the support group due to my mobility on discriptors 1(b)15 points

just a update finely got a decision on my renewal DLA i was turned down they asked for a medical report from a doctor i had never seen in my life i made a appointment with the right doctor who has been trating me for the last 3 years they have written me a letter supporting my condition i have now filled in a gla24 form for yet another appeal i,m hoping that it dont come to this as i,m so stressed right now if they had read the paper work they would see i,m in the support group for my walking abilities why do these people waste so much of the tax payers money i have worked all my life but now i need the help its not there sorry i,m ranting on
