OMG esa benefit re instated was created by carole
What a farce..
I scored nil points at an ATOS med and my esa benefit was stopped on the 18Jan
I was not told this until 25th Jan and only as I had phoned them to see how my claim was progressing ...
To add insult to injury my appeal which was sent via re corded delivery and was signed for on the 2nd Feb had gone missing wtfeckkkk??
I was asked by a complaints manager at dwp to indeed send a normal letter as well as a gl24 just to make sure that I made it clear I was appealing this decision...???this I did this letter was found and so they made my appeal claim invalid wtfeckkkk because it was not gl24 arghhhh I know this they know this talk about cloudy waters.
I had to again send another form gl24 and all my photo copied evidence but I took it all to the local job centre and they faxed it and they phoned the esa end to make sure it had been recieved..% weeks NO money bank has now knocked back direct debs and accrued a debt so my back pay is eaten up
..God help us all as even following guidelines is wrong ...Can I get comensation ??dont hold ur breathe
