They ususally only have your latest ESA50 and any evidence that you have submitted with it. Hi Ian,
They will have your medical history only in respect of the benefit (s) you receive, i.e. for ESA or DLA any medical evidence you submitted or from an ATOS doctor or other health care professional.
They will not have access to your GP's medical records, or any hospital records, as these are protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.
If they wanted access to these records they would need your permission.
You can apply for access to your GP and/or hospital records.

Hi Ian
Assuming it's not your first WCA, they will have your previous ESA85 medical report on their system and their technical guidance advises them to review it.
Whether they do so is another matter!
