Report mentions Med 3

Hi Mike im in a simlar situation I requested from DWP that i wanted to have a statement of reasons plus the ATOS medical report Beacause i am appealing against the decision to put me in WRAG and not Support Group, on my medical report it says they have used evidence in this case with my ESA50 and Med3? I haven't sent any Meds in! last one being 2005 a Med 4 from my GP,which i still have a copy of, and since then my condition as got much worse? so where they got the Med3 from god only knows was wondering if they will give a copy of this Med3 if i ask them??? or will it come with the bundle they send out for appeal??

I sent 2 letters to the DWP to ask if they could send me a copy of the med 3 that the Atos HCP nurse had claimed she reviewed at my medical. The DWP did not send a copy of the med 3 or reply to any of my letters.
I am as sure as i can be that their was no med 3.

Hi Gordon thanks for reply on above subject.
So I do have a legal right to write to the DWP asking for a copy of this Med3 that (supposed)? to have been used in evidence by the ATOS Nurse? would it be best to phone or write an official letter also the DWP would have received my appeal today would that make a diffrence in them sending this Med3?
