Many thanks. My med letter from ESA states I have ltd capability for work, but could work in about 18 months time. Bonkers. I am apealing to go into support group as the med form fails to mention I cannot mobilise a wheelchair myself because of ltd mobilty aspect of right hand side(In other words I would go around in a circle rather than forwards)poor peripheral vision(whch accumulates in not being assessed via OT for a electric chair etc on the road- not safe+ poor mobility to use one) cannot walk further than 50 mtrs & unable to get from one chair to t'other without assistance from another person, despite using an electric up & down chair.All listed in a letter from old consultants etc from pre 2006, but ATOS decided not to take any notice. Very useful, if they had been able to read the information provided correctly, they would have avoided time, money & anxiety. Too simple for them I am sure.
