ESA to WRAG ESA85A LT54

I completed the ESA50 in July 2011. Migrated from IB to ESA WRAG effective 8 Mar 2012 with no Medical 2 weeks ago.
Received ESA85A & LT54 DM I requested last week an hour ago.

The ESA85A was done 26 July 2011 a week after my ESA50 sent in.It seems no Doctor Consultants report was done.

The ESA85A Medical Report Form was done by a Health Care Professionalit stated his name Registered Nurse on the report with a prognosis a return to work could be considered within 12 months. Approx 7 months ago

The LT54 from the DM said (LCW placed in WRAG) He said "having considered the available evidence MR/MRS _______ has scored at least 15 points from the appropriate descriptors and has limited capability for work" etc etc .Then mentioned existing awards will be converted to an award of ESA from and including 8 Mar 2012.NO MENTION OF reaccesment or a another date for a medical etc.
There is a 7 months between the ESA85A being completed and LT54 DM with no real dates. I is slowly sinking in. What should I do? Please any advice would be welcome.

If you have received a formal decision letter from the DWP, are you satisfied that you have been placed in the work-related activity group?
