my boyfriends just had a call re above, he told them he never recieved the decision letter,but forgot to ask the date of decision and has since tried to contact the processing office involved,no phone number but was told they'd phone him back by Bolton Please advise what he should do to get the date as it's going to be difficult for him to prove he didn't get the letter they checked their records address is correct,his local area is stockport. thanks
