won appeal but new claim getting nowt helpppp

they told me that they made a decision on my new claim even before they got my tribunial award i had to fax the award notice to them so could they change there mind cause she said the award notice from the tribnial will take about 5 days before i get a form in the post

see i still have he condition that i had last year well i have had this contion for 10years now and its never going to get better and that i what i won my tribunial but while this was going on i found out i had arthritis so i was told to put a new claim in but i didnt put my other condtion on that so does this mean i am going to a tribunial again

Hi i went through this as well i emailed my local M.P explained that i won my D.L.A tribunal and the thought of going to another tribunal was terrifying me not to say how costly it would be to attend another tribunal and he wrote to them and within weeks i received a letter saying that i had been awarded H.R.M,L.R.C the original D.M awarded me nothing!!!.So maybe you could give it a go im not saying it would work but its worth a go good luck.
