dla when nearly 65 was created by katherine

my husband recieves dla high mobility and low rate care. it runs out in september 2012, he will be 65 in november will he still be eligible for dla when he reaches retirement age?

Yes, if you have an existing claim for DLA prior to your 65th birthday you can continue to receive DLA after that date.
