I was put into the support group on appeal for being unable to mobilise 50 metres without assistence etc. I am going for supersession of my DLA care needs but scared of losing the HRM I've been getting since 2001 so want to make sure I send everything I can to show I still most def qualify for HRM,so is it okay to send a copy of the tribunal award to dwp?
many thanks
linda

Yes this is OK, especially as the ESA test is more strict than the DLA one. The fact that is was made by a Tribunal may also be of assistance.

Good luck
